We strive to ensure our minimalist essentials meet your expectations; however, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your MUJI account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and print a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original box, ensuring all components and original tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided return label, making sure to keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
